Do you charge for diagnosis?+
There's a small diagnostics fee, and it's fully deducted from the repair if you go ahead with us.
How long does a repair take?+
Most jobs like screens, batteries and software setup are done the same day. Motherboard repair and data recovery can take one to three days.
Is there a warranty?+
Every repair has a written warranty on parts and labour. New devices carry the official warranty, and used ones carry our own warranty, shown on each product page.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. We don't open your personal files, and we recommend a backup before drop-off. If a repair needs to touch your data, we'll tell you first.
How do I follow my device's status?+
After booking you get a code. Enter it with your phone number on the Track page to see the current stage.
Do you buy used laptops?+
Yes. Send photos and specs on WhatsApp and we'll make you an offer, or trade it in for a newer device and pay the difference.
